By placing an order with Pressed Memento, you agree to the following terms:

Order Accuracy
Please ensure all personalization details (such as names, dates, and photos) are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.

Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product. Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Event Pickups
If you choose to pick up your order at an event, please ensure you collect it within the designated pickup time. Pressed Memento is not responsible for orders left unclaimed after the event.

Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues or suspected fraud.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

User-Submitted Images
By submitting images for customization, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant Pressed Memento permission to print and reproduce them for your order. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to submitted images.

Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, images, and branding, is the property of Pressed Memento and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Pressed Memento is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.
