Refund policy
We create each item with care, just for you—so personalized orders are final sale. That said, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the error is on our end, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. While we’re not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered, we’ll do everything we can to support you. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
